Industry veteran Mr Ian Wilson, Ex-SVP of Marina Bay Sands, gave an interesting insights on the megatrends of robotics and artificial intelligence in the future of hospitality, and how the industry would adapt and evolve in this new norm.
The webinar ended with a Q&A session, and the participants were enthusiastic to find out how robotics and artificial intelligence could support their housekeeping needs as part of their efforts to welcome the guests back.
